Thika Garrison Secondary School has once again put the future into perspective through the 2022-2026 Strategic plan. The document is a result of rigorous work by a team of internal experts in consultation with all the stakeholders; students, parents, teachers, Board of Management, suppliers, government and the community among many others.

The plan therefore is both elaborate and specific at the same time. It defines objectives, goals and determines actions to achieve the goals. It also identifies the source of resources to execute the actions.

In planning for the future, we cannot forget the immense contribution of former Board of Management chairmen of the school. Namely:
